Hi,
Impact/Urgency Matrix and a resulting Priority on Change form- where i can found this code ?
Need to implement same functionality in my form - please let me know if any one knows.
Example - If i change urgent has 4-low and impact has 3- medium -- Priority value will automatically change to 4-Low( this is working on Change Request table ) but i'm unable to find the code .
Thanks

Hi Sowmyab,
Please refer below steps to see OOB priority matrix and follow same steps to configure your priority matrix:
1. Navigate to System Policy.
2. Click on Priority lookup rules to see the OOB priority lookup matrix.
3. To create your custom priority matrix click on New button and refer the OOB priority matrix .
Hope it will help you.

Swapnil

Check the data lookup rules. Its where the logic is being stored.
