Impersonation : Bad Request (400) error

While impersonating a user its showing an error as:


Bad Request (400)
A Bad Request (400) error has occurred. Please check that your instance is running and refresh.

Hello @Neetu2000 ,

This error indicates that the request sent to the server is incorrect. so, please check few things like - network issues, browser cache, authentication,  URL , Instance is logout, etc. 
OR
Wait and try after sometime.

Just try to update your browser(if required) or clear the cache or check your internet connection might it work.

@Neetu2000 Please check this support article from ServiceNow https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0962492 and see if there are any query BR defined on your sys_user table which is causing this.
