Import completed with error "Error during upload" while importing the knowledge article via ms word

Hi All,

 

I have gone through the below documentation and tried to create the knowledge article through the "Import Articles" button from the knowledge home page.

I have added some content into the Microsoft word document with extension .doc & .docx and tried the same document from the knowledge home page "Import Articles" and tried to created the knowledge article, once i have chosen the particular document & filled the knowledge base details then click on "Import" i'm getting the error like "Import completed with error Error during upload" and it's not creating the knowledge article. please refer the below snap shot.

Could you please help me on this issue.

Can you fo to the import logs and check what row the error contains and what is the error that is being displayed
