In a workflow, how do you "wait until x hours" before a date field?

We have tasks that have a Scheduled End Date. 5 hours before the end date we need to trigger a notification, and another notification 5 minutes after the end date has passed.
I have a workflow created but I'm not sure how I'd set the wait until/wait for condition to work properly for this or what the best approach would be.
