How do I setup in app push notifications as displayed in the image attached. I have configured a notification with Push Notification set to true and attached Push Notification Message but the notification is not triggered. Kindly suggest any fixes or alternate approach.

This was configured using the table "sys_notification". Created the notification as we create an email notification. Then added the Content from the related list by creating a new record of type "Next Experience". The Message Heading and Message is added in the Content record.

Hey @Dr Atul G- LNG
I can see that some notifications are being triggered even on the desktop native UI (website). The configuration is available from notification tab > settings > custom notifications. Here I was able to add the incident reassigned notification which was then displayed. Can something similar be done for custom notifications as well?
