In ATF Getting Empty screenshots

Hi Team,

Could you please help me to understand why I am getting always empty/blank screenshots in the Test Results, after running the ATF Test?

All the screenshots are Empty, for reference I have attached one screenshot captured by ATF Test.

Hi Priya - we were experiencing blank ATF screenshots on our Rome instance.  We had recently set the property for full screenshots, and it worked on some of our ATF tests, but on some we were seeing a black screen or a black screen with an empty white box in the middle.  I saw this post, but there was no resolution.  I found a support article that appears to have resolved the issue in our instance - KB1002214.  I set the property for sn_atf.screenshots.use_glide_screenshot to true per the related KB, and it resolved the issue for us.  I hope you find this helpful as well.

i set the glide screenshot property to true (though it supposedly only heightens resolution), it did not correct the problem.  wonder if any other possibilities?  fyi- we are also on Rome

Does it worked for you after setting sn_atf.screenshots.use_glide_screenshot to true?

Can you please share screenshot or steps which you had followed?
