In catalog item item variable showing one value and in RITM & SCTASK variables showing value

Hi All,

As per my requirement I'm getting the values in catalog item view after order when we see in RITM & SCTASK variables it's value is different.

Please find the attached documents.

Please let us know why i'm getting this values RITM numbers instead of users.

Looks like the variable value is updated in Flow/Workflow after catalog form is submitted.

Hi @Sirri ,

Is there any onSubmit script written where u are updating that variable value again or in the flow workflow which is attached to that item?
