In customer service case, If we have created the correspondence from that case
In the correspondence record the Message field shows default value text format "Verdana and 8Pt".
Where can i see the text format configuration for the message field in correspondence.

1) From the HTML field on the form right click and select Configure dictionary
2) Set the desired html code value in the default value tab of the configure dictionary form. For example '<p style="font-size:large;"></p>' to set the font to large
