Hi all
We use the walk appointment bookings for users to book appointments with our remote techs however we are having issues with the fact we cannot change a session numbers if there are future or even passed appointments that are booked.
We are having to create users named monday book tuesday book etc to book out slots in a calendar when we need to reduce a session due to AL/Sickness etc which is time consuming and we have to jiggle reports to ensure they are not counted in our figures
Anyone else overcome this issue ? have missed an update due to it being skipped ? is this the norm if so has anyone else asked for this to be looked into to enable the calendar to be ore dynamic ?
