Hi Team,

In ESC Portal under my active items widget, Requests are showing as 9+ but I need to exact account

I saw there is script include "ActivityConfigurationUtilSNC".

it's OOTB logic to show that + icon and when you click it will tell you exact count

if you want exact count then you need to change the script include etc

I will recommend not to touch the OOTB component

in script include "ActivityConfigurationUtilSNC" there is variable "item_summary_count_limit" which has value 10

So when it's more than the limit it shows that + icon

This is out-of-the-box (OOTB) behavior. The reason is to keep the record count in a single digit and display a “+” so users can load more records. Changing this is not recommended, as you would need to customize the widget and modify the logic. @Sriram Pusuluri
