In Flow Designer, Requested Flow Operations Is Prohibited By Security Rules

Flow designer is working on non-prod but not working in production, getting issue that requested flow operations is prohibited by security rules.

Please check who initiates the session- System Admin or User.

If user initiates the session, select Sys Admin, it should resolve the issue
