In Normal change request, How workflow trigger depends on category ? if category select as network workflow not attaching the change

"It is mainly based on the change type and change model, depending on how you are logging the change
Open any OOTB change flow and check the trigger conditions.

the ask is like if i select the category field as Network on change form in normal change the workflow is not triggering. how i can troubleshhot?

In this case, you need to map the category to the flow in the trigger condition, and then it will work. Alternatively, it might be better to use the change models for the network and build a new flow based on what you want to create.
