In Prechat Survey choices should get redirect to Live Agent in Virtual Agent

Hello Everyone,

 

I have configured a pre-chat survey for virtual agent where i am populating a 4 choices , Please find below screenshot for reference .

So whenever i will click on IT Service Desk it show me all the prompted topics and when i will click on Finance GFS it should redirect me to live agent.
