Slack inbound error debugging

hello experts,
I am working on slack and ServiceNow integration. Outbound works fine. However, for inbound, I am using subflow 'Respond to Slack Message Action'. I have modified this subflow by adding Look Up Record and Update Record actions. When the inbound is triggered from Slack, no updates happen in ServiceNow. Upon checking the logs all I can find is 'java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: flow object does not exist'. What am I missing here? Do I need to make any other changes to the subflow to receive the update?
