Hi Sandeep,
I'm not sure I completely understand your question here. Can you expand a little on what you're trying to achieve please.
There is a field in the baseline code (Out Of the Box) which captures a Change Request (Field name: rfc) related to a Problem.
You can easily pull this field onto the List view of the Problem records (As shown below).
However, as Shloke04 points out and has eluded to, this OOB field is a reference field and stores/points to a single value, in this case a single Change Request.
In order to help others, please mark this as correct and/or helpful
Thanks,
Robbie

Hi,
There is no such field OOB I am aware of which captures this information.
In order to get you to a solution there can be multiple path here:
1) Problem can be linked to multiple Change Request.
2) So Create a New List Type field on Problem Table and update this field when ever a Change gets added or linked to a Problem
3) Add this Field to your List Layout of Problem table.
Also what is the use case why you need this, since there is already a OOB relationship which shows this already..
Related List Name : Change Request
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.

Shloke
