In SC TASK one field is visible only case of some specific SR raised

Hi All,

we have some field 

1)Test(test)

2)Test1(test_1)

we should want display Test1(test_1) field in we we raised specific SR suppose specific SR Name is: Request Access.

How to Achieve this. Please let us know.

Write The UI Policy on catalog task tabel,And add condition as below

You have to dot walk the related fields from RITM in condition.

and Provide the SR name in condition.
