In ServiceNow Extra filters are showing on table.

Hi Team,

 

All of the system's filters are displayed on the table A; for example, 3000 filters are displayed repeatedly. which is the reason, user A is unable to search is his own filter. Would you kindly assist on this?

How on earth did it get to 3000 filters?
There's got to be some kind of code altering them that's stuck in a loop.
Is it a raw list view?  Does it happen when you're referencing the data as well?

You don't mention what filters you are talking about, you don't mention the table, you don't mention the troubleshooting you already did. We literally have no information to help you.

In the list view of incident table there is personal filter users are able to see all the filters which they have created and those also which they have not created. We want to restrict that user can only see filters that are created by them or shared with them but not all. Thank you.
