In some topics in virtual agent i am getting issue.

Getting issues in some topics in virtual agent like "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation in VA"

For below topics ;-

_reject_sysapproval_approver_
_show_approval_details_
_view_request_details_for_approver_
_view_ritm_details_for_approver_

_add_comment_to_incident_

How to solve this issue please give me some ideas.

The topic that is configured as the 'Closing' topic on the chat experience will need to either be empty or an active, published topic

Hi @Community Alums,

I am also facing same issue as Pranay stated. I just gone through that closing topic, in my case initially it is active only, I just made it as empty from agent chat and then I checked but I am getting same message "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation in VA". Again I activated and published but no luck getting same message. Could you pls suggest another approach to avoid that message and make those topics work.
