In the HR template, only the description is visible in the front end

Hi all,
In the HR template, only the description is visible in the front end. However, if the user updates anything in that section, it will not display in the front end. If the user makes any changes, the client needs the provided description and updated notes. How i can achieve this please suggest?

@surya9 The purpose of the HR Template is to pre-fill the HR Task with details like Short description, Description, Assignment group, Assigned To etc. at the time of HR Task creation. The role of HR template ends once the task is created.
If the user is making changes in the backed on the description field/short description field on the backend ideally they will get reflected by doing a refresh on the browser window.
