In Utah, the form UI in workspace in Dev instance is different from Test instance

In Utah, the form UI in workspace in Dev instance is different from Test instance. However rest of the things are fine. Could someone point me towards the fix?

 

Dev workspace form UI :-

 The boxes are not present for input fields on the form. Could someone assist in the soluition.

Hi Dhruv,

Not sure what is the issue here.

If this issue is specific to few users then check their preferences, roles and other possible user specific configurations.

If this issue is for all users then you can raise case with ServiceNow to find the root cause.
