In Virtual Agent need to remove the chat "What's your issue or request?.." being seen after Greeting

Here we have modified the First greeting and Show me everything has been replaced by Frequently Asked Questions but this second blurb which currently contains, "Help me understand your Request/Issue" was like below earlier 

"What's your issue or request? Or take a look at what I can help with."

However, I need to completely remove the second Chat blurb "Help me understand your Request/Issue". Can anyone help me understand how this can be done
