Inactive users report with associated RITM list for catalogue items with licences

Hi,
New to SN and looking for a steer on which report and how to generate it, to obtain a list of inactive/deactivated users in the last quarter and a list of catalog items that have requested in their time.
Trying to manage deactivation/clawback of licences from departing staff. (We dont have the SAM/CMS module)

You can get a list of inactive/deactivated users and the catalog items they requested by building a report based on the requested items (sc_req_item) table joined to the user (sys_user) table where you filter sys_user for active = false with a date range for last quarter and then include related sc_req_item records (dot walking through requested for or opened by)..........so you see all catalog items ordered by those inactive users, or if you need more flexibility you can create a database view joining sys_user and sc_req_item (and even sc_cat_item for item names) to expose those fields together in a single report........
