Inbound action emails are stuck in "Inbox" with state "Ready"

Hi,

Suddenly, all the email that are coming into the mailbox are going to the Inbox and stuck there on status of "Ready".

When I try to reprocess them manually, I receive the error:  "Error while classifying message. java.lang.NullPointerException".

 

Can someone please help with this?

does your inbound action have a target table selected? have a look at this thread. if it is a new email, if target table is not selected, it may have issues finding what type of record to create.
