Just make sure that u enabled the properties to recieve e-mail and also

To set up email on ServiceNow so that you can receive emails, you need to configure an incoming email account. Here are the general steps to set up an incoming email account:

  1. Navigate to the "Email Properties" module in ServiceNow by typing "email properties" in the navigation filter.

  2. Click on the "Incoming Email Accounts" related link.

  3. Click the "New" button to create a new incoming email account.

  4. Enter a name for the incoming email account.

  5. Choose the type of email account you want to configure (e.g., POP3, IMAP).

  6. Enter the incoming email server information, including the hostname, port, and security settings.

  7. Enter the login credentials for the email account.

  8. Configure any additional settings, such as the email address to use for sending notifications and the default assignment group for incoming email records.

  9. Save the incoming email account configuration.

If my response was helpful and/or provided a solution, please consider marking it as such. Thank you!
