Hello good Day,
I am trying to create an inbound action as my requirement i already set up everything and just needed to do a test run on my pdi so i have tried to send multiple emails already but my pdi is not receiving anything on the "Emails" Module.
so i double checked the Email Diagnostics and connection and found out that i don't have anything under "Connection Status" any one know how to sort this? thankyou in advance. ❤️

Email sending and receiving is disabled at the PDI level

Thank you for this one, i thought it'll work as i watched a YT tutorial from 2 years ago, i did go straight to our entreprise instance upon approval of my seniors 🙂

In your PDI, create an email account that is a POP3 account that points to another email. In my instance I use my Gmail account. So when I send email to my Gmail account, my PDI will pull it in as incoming email.
ServiceNow periodically will disable email receiving in your PDI. You have to constantly enable it after they turn it off.
