Can we save emails send out of ServiceNow and the responses back to them, to Work notes or additional comments.

 

We are trying to send initial email from ServiceNow within form using Email option and are planning to use Unique field in the subject.

 

How can this be tested in Sub Prods, Any sample script for reference would help.
