Inbound email filters

I am trying to trigger a workflow that will forward a bounced email to a Group, however I cannot get the workflow to trigger due to Ignore headers filtered out the inbound email with a certain 'Ignore header' filter.  I have tried using a before BR to call the workflow, and have also tried using the BR to change the state from Ignored to Processed, but neither of these have worked.  Also, when I try to Reprocess said Email, it still does not trigger the workflow.  And I do not want to remove the condition that filters this particular Ignore Header.  Any thoughts on other courses of action or something I am missing? Perhaps I am not setting up my BR rule correctly?

Hi @MicahB , 

On which table your workflow it triggering, i think you direct involve the workflow on email table. You dont need external BR for that. This is my thought with this limited information.

I built through flow designer, so it should be on sys_email table.  The bounced inbound email gets set to ignored due to an ignore sender filter from a certain header being true
