We are using flow designer action post incident details but receiving this error:

I have found the solution,
The error was due to the change in URL in flow designer action

@shiva9 ,
Can you explain what do you mean by change in URL , I have the same error and see the invalid version in response body and error message shows methos failed. The connection in flow designer for MS Teams Spoke doesn't save the version , I'm entering
I think I have the right Group ID and Channel ID (ends with .tacv2)
