Hello @Purushotham Ga2 ,
Create a user with "Microsoft Security" and give it the associated email address of the Microsoft security.
Navigate to System Policy > Email > Inbound Actions.
Create a record with Conditions, in When to run
Subject | is | <Your Subject>
User ID | is | Microsoft Security
and In Actions, define the Assignment Group.
If the above information helps you, Kindly mark it as Helpful and Accept the solution.

Hello @Purushotham Ga2 ,
Then a forwarding rule must be written by the user(abc) to send it to ServiceNow user account.
Regards,
Najmuddin.
