incident_SLA list security constraints

I'm getting a weird issue that I can't duplicate on a private dev instance.   ITIL user clicking on a dashboard widget that opens a list of Incident_SLA records.   They get the "Security constraints" error.   Same error if they try to go directly to incident_sla via url.

So I turn on security debugging and.... nothing.   Just line after line of...

But no failures logged for read on incident_sla.

Meanwhile on private dev instance, itil user accesses it just fine.

My pleasure sir !!!

Yeah that's what I thought too.   So first thing I did to troubleshoot was to use the ITIL user and navigate to both incident.list and task_sla.list.   Both can be successfully navigated.

Hmmm, could you please try to create incident_sla READ ACL and say roles required is ITIL, this is just to isolate the issue and definitely not the solution.

So I'm going to go with your strategy and get the read ACL in.   There's clearly some other new dynamic at play between Kingston and Jakarta.   On Kingston my itil user can see incident_SLA no problemo (with no ACLs in place on the db view)

Yes, looks like some issue only.
