Incident Task tab not visible in incident form

Hi All

After upgrading from Rome to Tokyo, Incident Task  tab is no longer visible under Incident form.

I have checked the related list configured and Incident Task->Incident  is selected, yet incident tasks tab is not visible.

I added Incident Task->Parent  in the selected box and saved, still incident tasks are not visible.

After I added Incident Task->Universal Request to the selected box and saved, now incident tasks are visible but when I create new incident task, info like parent incident number, CI etc are not getting copied i.e., a blank incident task form is opened.

 

The incident Tasks used to work normally in Rome Version using Incident Task->Incident related list.

 

What might be the issue??

We are having the same issue.  😞  Following... hoping for a solution.

I figured it out.  If you go to the List Controls table, search the Table column for Incident.  Add the column "related lists" to the view.  Look for the related list that says "incident_task.incident".  Open this item and uncheck the box that says "omit if empty".  Mine showed back up and users have the ability to create new tasks.

There is a warning message.
 This record is in the Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace application , but Global  is the current application. To edit this record click To edit this click here.

Can we do this ? If yes, will it change any other configurations and functionality.
