Hi all,

How can I migrate incident template from one instance to another? Is there an option for list view of incident templates to export/import as XML? If not any other options?

Hi Sam,

Best way to do that is going through the Export / Import XML feature.

So first thing right click to the form header of the Incident Template form and select Export > XML:

Then, go to the other SNOW instance, right click on the System Definition > Templates list in select Import > select the XML file and click on Upload.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, however, I was wanting to export/import couple at one time instead of going through individual template to export/import. Can I see all the templates created by a group or individual in a list view?
