Anyone here know how the additional comments from Universal Request auto-sync to Incident additional comment?

 

I'm having an issue in displaying additional comment. I tried to reply to one notification for Universal Request and the notification I replied to has a logo. So, I created an inbound action with delimiter that it will only display the reply of the user and not the whole email thread. 

 

In Universal Request's additional comment , it only showed the reply ,but in the incident (associated ticket) it showed the reply then followed by the logo from the email.

 

Is there any way to remove that logo in the Incident comment?

Hi @Dizy M 

I doubt this is doable, or it might only work in the OOTB way, because the logo is treated as an image and counted as a separate attachment.
