Incident view changed from Default View

Hi All,

When I click on Create Incident, I see that the view has changed from the Default View to Major Incident View.

Can someone let me know how to fix this issue?

Hi Das,

Can you check what role that user has and whether there is any view rule for incident table

in left navigation type view rules and search for table as incident and check any one updated that.
