Incidents created from Slack

How can I identify Incidents that are created from the Slack integration 'ServiceNow for Slack'?

I have a need to flag and modify these Incidents

Hi Susan,

 

You must have service account/BOT user for this integration, you can just add filter in 'incident' list view.

i.e. incident 'created_by' = 'service account'

Hi @Rajesh Chopade1,

I've created this filter but the 'Created by' is listed as the user that created the Incident from Slack. 

Any other ideas?

On incident you might be have reference number of Slack, you can apply filter accordingly.

I don't have a Reference ID available to filter by on Incidents.

How can I set that up? 

What table would that be?
