Incidents Pending Change not visible for related list in change

Hi,

Seems that "Incidents Pending Change" isn't visible in the related list on a change, i thought this was a out of the box related list?

"Incidents caused by change" is visible. Does anyone have any idea on how to get this list into a change's related list?

Hi Rody,



It sounds like this may be a defined relationship. I don't see it in my Jakarta instance (OOB) so you may have seen it on a demo instance or somewhere that someone installed something additional. If you know what the definition of "incidents pending change" is, you can create the definition in System Definition> Relationships and it will appear as an available related list.

I don't know the definition, it came up in a ServiceNow Simulator i'm trying and one of the tasks is to do something with those two related lists which is supposedly out of the box

What's provided in the simulator may not necessarily be OOB. It may have update sets loaded, plugins activated, or applications installed to provide something to work on. Without further details, it's difficult to tell. I haven't done simulators or simulator support for a couple years. Sorry.

Add 'Incident -> Change Request'   which have the label as 'Incidents Pending Change'
