Has anyone set up an AI Search for external sources? I'd appreciate any guidance or resources on how to achieve this. Articles or videos would be helpful too.

Can you elaborate your requirement? Mostly looks like you'll need to raise a hi case. As far as I am concerned, currently there is no OOB feature which supports external sources search.

Our partner, Raytion, offers a prebuilt connector for Google Drive. Otherwise the AI Search spoke or REST API are available for custom use.
