Please attempt to limit posts to a single area.
How are you looking to create the approval record? Manually, via workflow, etc.?
Any sysapproval_approver record will show in the 'my approval' page as long as the approver user is the same as the current logged in user looking at my approvals.

Little more details needed.
1. When do you need to create such records?
2. What values you wanted to have on the approval record table?

Hi Srinivas,
Thanks for your response.
1. in the Contract module, I would like to create an "approval" record for contract cancellation process. If user cancel any contract, it should get proper approval for cancellation. So, after click the "contract cancel" button, this record should go to approval table to show in "My approval" module.
2. from the approval page, if it is approved then the cancellation process is complete, otherwise it will be rejected.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
thanks

The more number of duplicate questions you post, the more are the chances that the people will give opposite suggestions and you will end up being confused even more. I have also seen people not taking those questions since they believe that other people are already answering it and might just skip it.
If you think that posting multiple questions speeds up the process of getting answer, I am afraid that I have found it counterproductive in most cases.
This is just a tip from my experience on community and would leave it to your good wisdom if you want to take it or leave it.
