Hello,
My PDI (dev190187) is not waking from hibernation.
Is this the right place to ask for assistance?

Hi @Jerome11 ,
Nowadays I could see many people raises issue about PDIs being wiped out, released automatically.
Unfortunately, there is no official support from ServiceNow for PDIs. You can just wait or retry after sometimes. Otherwise you may need to take a new instance. Everything just on you and your good luck.

Hi @Jerome11
As you might know, there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, hence your limited to two options :
- Wait, it should come back after some time.
- when you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.

Hi @Jerome11
No support is provided by ServiceNow for PDIs so the only option with you is to wait for some time for it to come back. If still you are not able to retrieve it, the only option is to release the instance and request another.
As a best practice, ensure you backup your data from a PDI on daily basis.
Thanks and Regards

Hi @Jerome11,
It seems that many time intance is not working. It is requested to wait for some time else release the current instance and get the new one. We are not having any support for PDI from Snow.
Please accept my resolution if it resolves your query and thumps up.
Thanks
Jitendra
