I have created a new instance and configured custom field and SLA definition and created some tickets for testing purpose. Unfortunately for a couple of weeks i didn't use the instance. Now the instance is not available. it created a new instance. Please help me to restore my previous instance. my instance: dev40105.service-now.com.

After 10 days without activity a developer instance is released and returned to the pool. You'll have to request a new one.

Thanks for your reply Robert, I didn't create any dump for my existing instance, is there any way to restore my previous instance data into my current instance.
