Hi Team ,
OOB spoke can only connect with one instance. If we want to connect 2nd instance then we need to clone all required JIRA actions and change the connection alias that holds the 2nd JIRA instance details. how to achieve the cloning of required jira actions . can anyone suggest me how to configure this .
Thank You .

Sure, here are the steps to clone the required JIRA actions and configure the connection alias for the 2nd JIRA instance:
1. Navigate to the Flow Designer in ServiceNow.
2. Open the Action that you want to clone (for example, "Create Issue" under JIRA Spoke).
3. Click on the "Clone" button at the top right corner of the Action.
4. In the Clone Action dialog box, provide a unique name for the cloned action.
5. Click on the "Submit" button to create the cloned action.
6. Open the cloned action and navigate to the "Inputs" section.
7. Find the "Connection alias" input and change its value to the alias of the 2nd JIRA instance.
8. Save the changes to the cloned action.
9. Repeat the steps for all the actions that you want to use with the 2nd JIRA instance.
Remember, you need to have the connection alias for the 2nd JIRA instance already set up in the Connections and Credentials application in ServiceNow. If not, you need to create a new connection alias for the 2nd JIRA instance before changing the "Connection alias" input in the cloned actions.
