Hi Team,

I am in need of integration process . How to move ? Any videos or Document .
I have do integration from ServiceNow to Jira.
I started recently my Carrer in ServiceNow I need Help!!

Secondly, integration is one of the most complex things in the IT industry :)) so you will need to provide more details.

 

You said ServiceNow <> Jira, is it uni- or bidirectional, what kind of integration REST - JSON x SOAP - XML, what endpoints, what tables, rights ....

 

What you said is not remotely enough to support you.

 

Also, tell us what you already created and we can help you with your blockers

The simplest path is to use ServiceNow IntegrationHub’s Jira Spoke for no/low‑code actions; alternatively, build a REST-based integration with Jira Cloud/Server using API tokens, webhooks, and Scripted REST APIs for bi‑directional sync.

 

IntegrationHub Jira Spoke: install/configure the spoke, create a Connection & Credential, then build flows to create/update Jira issues, comments, transitions, and webhooks. Use the spoke’s webhook lifecycle to receive Jira updates back to ServiceNow, mapping fields to Incident/Change/Custom tables as needed
