Trigger Survey to an assignment group

Is there a way to trigger a survey to go to an assignment group, instead of just an individual user like (opened by)? If so, could all users of the assignment group access the same survey instance, but once it is submitted the others would no longer have it. It would be similar to a group approval request, where anyone in the group can approve it.

Thanks Sumanth for your reply. It seems though this link is about reporting on survey data. What we want to do is actually send the survey to an assignment group email instead of to an individual user. We would also want multiple users to have access to the same survey instance.
