Integration of MS Teams with ServiceNow for Sending Surveys

Hi,

Can someone please help if you have experience or knowledge about integrating MS Teams with ServiceNow specifically for sending surveys. I am interested in understanding the feasibility, best practices, and considerations that need to be taken into account for such an integration.

Hi Hari, 

 

I assume you are interested in sending Surveys only & not redirect user to EC to navigate thru Surveys. If Yes, were you able to get any info. Also, do you know if this is can be configured via an Actionable Notification to trigger Surveys.  Thanks
