Integration Servicenow with Ansible

we want to integration Servicenow with Ansible, for doing the automation of Onboaring request for Email id, Active Directory user creation etc.
So please let us know if this is feasible in our instance with Servicenow Standard ITSM license
and share the prerequisites, implementation document references
