Integration: Virtual Agent

Hi all,

We have Virtual Agent running in our ServiceNow instance. We need to integrate the Virtual Agent with SharePoint. To do so, I have to send the SharePoint admin our Virtual Bot endpoint. Where in ServiceNow, do I find the Virtual Agent endpoint? I checked in "System Web Services>Outbound>Rest Message. Where would I find the URL of our primary bot?

Use below URL for Virtual agent chatbot

https://<<<YOUR_INSTANCE_NAME>>>.service-now.com/sn_va_web_client_app_embed.do

Also, You can use below to embed virtual agent in external client.

Is this the Virtual Agent endpoint that I give to the SharePoint admin to send API calls?

You need to give virtual agent REST API credentials.

Yes, I created the account previously with REST API credentials. They are asking for the endpoint, and I'm trying to figure out what the endpoint is. I am not sure if this URL is the endpoint.

I do not see the URL in the REST Messages.
