I want to do integration Navitaire Service Requests with ServiceNow. As I am new to the Integration .

How we can do Navitaire Integration for automated flow/actions with ServiceNow .

Please explain me step by step .

- As Is process

- Table level mapping

- Field level mapping

- Value level mapping
