Interaction “Chat summary” field added to form layout in SOW view but not visible

Hi everyone,

I am trying to show the Chat summary field on the Interaction record, but it is not visible even after adding it to the form.

What I’ve done so far:

• Table: interaction

• I added the Chat summary field to the Form Layout for the specific view I am using.

• I confirmed I am editing the same view that is displayed in the form header.

• I can see the field in Form Layout, but when I open the Interaction record, the field does not appear on the form.

could you possibly share some of the configurations to see? also, all necessary plugins activated? does the chat summary works and problem is just with the field? Share more details
