interactive filter is not working

hi all,

i created a new dashboard that contains 2 reports.

1 - details about a business application (approval group, support group, environment, etc) - using cmdb_ci_business_app  table

2 - details of servers related to a business application. - using cmdb_rel_ci table

 

I also created an interactive filter where the user selects the business application (cmdb_ci). As a result of a selection, report 1 should display details about the business app, and report 2 details related to servers mapped to the business application.

 

report 2 works great after selection, but when adding the filter reference for report1 there is no "name " field to select in the list.

 

would you know why?

By the looks of it, what you are trying to do is not feasible unless you do some customization.
