Hello All,
I have a requirement where the customer on their knowledge dashboard wants to see the stages of a knowledge article based off which knowledge base the article is attached to and it's category.
I have two interactive filters, one being to select a knowledge base, and the 2nd one to select a knowledge category.
My question is, how do I ensure that when a knowledge base is selected in the first interactive filter, that in then only shows the KB categories associated with the knowledge base that has been selected?
Many Thanks,
Luke

I believe in the interactive filter you specify the table (knowledge article) and the field (reference to knowledge base) it is supposed to affect. And make sure the widgets on the dashboards follow interactive filter (can be configured in settings)

Hi @Luke James ,
In this case, use the cascading filter.

Hi @Luke James ,
Cascading filter is what you're looking for. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/task/create-cascad...
